Job Summary

The Senior Events Manager will oversee the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of events ranging from corporate meetings and banquets to weddings and social gatherings. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability while leading a team of event professionals in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of events, ensuring seamless coordination across catering, banquet, and operations teams.
  • Design customized event proposals and floor plans that align with client vision and budgetary requirements.
  • Collaborate with sales, culinary, and banquet departments to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts and vendor agreements to secure favorable terms while maintaining profitability.
  • Manage event budgets, forecasting revenue and controlling costs to meet departmental financial goals.
  • Supervise and mentor junior event coordinators and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Required Qualifications
