  • Review event details and staff assignments before service and communicate changes to the team
  • Lead pre-event staff briefings and provide clear direction throughout the event

  • Monitor event equipment and supplies and communicate replenishment or maintenance needs

Event Communication & Follow-Up
  • Communicate event updates, operational concerns, guest issues, and incidents to event management
  • Complete required event recaps and incident documentation
  • Participate in post-event discussions and provide feedback that supports continued improvement of event operations
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in events, hospitality, restaurants, or a similar service environment; supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable providing direction and leading a team during fast-paced events
  • Professional, calm, and guest-focused under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt as event needs change
  • Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods of 8-12 hours
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as event schedules require
Why Join Us?
