We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team and take charge of planning, executing, and overseeing a variety of events, from corporate conferences to social gatherings. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating memorable experiences and possess excellent multitasking and communication skills to handle the complexities of event management.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute various types of events including corporate meetings, conferences, and social functions.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their event objectives, requirements, and budget constraints.
  • Source and negotiate with vendors, venues, caterers, and entertainment providers to secure services.
