Job Description Role Description This is a Full-time, on-site Crew Member role based in Orlando, FL. The Crew Member will support daily operations, including Set up and arrange tables, chairs, linens, and decorations according to event specifications and floor plans. Ensure that all equipment and supplies are in place before events start.

Scheduled: MONDAY - FRIDAY 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (with occasional weekends (up to 2 per year)) Event Execution: Oversee the atmosphere during events, respond to client requests, and maintain cleanliness throughout the venue. This includes replenishing supplies and ensuring that the area is orderly. Post-Event Duties: Efficiently break down event setups, clear all items, and store furniture properly after events conclude.

Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of banquet equipment and storage areas. Collaboration: Work closely with event coordinators, catering staff, and other team members to ensure that setups meet client expectations and enhance guest satisfaction. Required Skills and Qualifications Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.

Experience in hospitality or food service is beneficial. Physical Stamina: The role involves significant physical activity, including lifting and moving heavy items, so candidates should be physically fit.
