Universal Windows Direct - Event Coordinator/Setup
PART TIME $25/HR!
URGENTLY HIRING!
The Event Setup Coordinator will be responsible for setting up at UWD's marketing events and ensuring everything is properly organized prior to the event starting. He/She will be promoting UWD's line of products and will implement. UWD's award winning marketing set up. The Event Setup Coordinator will maintain the positive image, brand, and reputation of Universal Windows Direct.
Responsibilities
• Attends trade shows and events to set up UWD's exclusive line of products.
• Establish and maintain relationships with coworkers to ensure everything is properly set and organized.
• Making sure all equipment is set and ready to go for all events.
• Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience setting up at events and tradeshows.
• Be able to lift 30-50lbs.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and desire to assist customers.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
