Full Job Description
We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Servers to join our team and represent The Armory's Premium Experience program, which focuses on delivering an unmatched concert experience to our highest contributing clients in an upscale and high-touch environment. Working within a concert venue provides a fun atmosphere with amazing guests, in a fast-paced environment. Servers' responsibilities include being the main point of contact for our suite holders and guests, welcoming, taking food & beverage orders, preparing and delivering orders, and accommodating any needs of guests. For this role, you should have solid organizational and people skills to make sure our guests have a positive experience from the moment they arrive until their departure. Ability to learn quickly and communicate with a team in a large venue will contribute to your success.
Responsibilities:
Represent and uphold a high level of standards
Welcoming guests to the venue, being the most hospitably main point of contact
Learn and understand menu offerings
Taking food & beverage orders
Preparing and delivering orders
Managing tabs via point of sale
Maintain a clean working area
Communicating with team members and manager
Cleaning suite areas before and after events to ensure it is presentable for the next event
