Position Summary 
The Retail Event Marketer is responsible for generating high-quality leads and building brand awareness through direct customer engagement at events, outreach, and big-box 
retail locations. This role requires an energetic, outgoing individual who excels at face-to face interaction and customer engagement. Responsible for exceeding lead targets and 
goals administered by the Territory Field Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities 
Engage customers to generate and qualify leads 
Initiate conversations to build interest and brand awareness 
Capture accurate customer information and set appointments 
Represent the brand at retail stores and events 
Set up and maintain booths and in-store displays 
Maintain a professional, branded presence 
Act as a brand ambassador delivering clear messaging 
Provide excellent customer experiences 
Accurately document leads and track daily performance 
Follow processes, procedures, and company compliance standards 
Effectively Communicate with the Field Marketing Manager  
Adhere to assigned schedules, maintain punctuality, and meet all location 
coverage requirements
