Job description

Join Arbor Day Farm as an AppleJack Event Staff and be part of one of Nebraska City’s most exciting fall traditions! We’re looking for friendly, energetic seasonal team members to help bring the AppleJack Festival to life through warm hospitality, teamwork, and memorable guest experiences.

Your Support System: You’ll work alongside event leaders and team members across parking, admissions, concessions, retail, and guest experience areas to help the festival run smoothly.

How We Work: Location: Nebraska City, Nebraska – Arbor Day Farm Campus 
Schedule: Seasonal event shifts available across both AppleJack weekends: September 19–20 and September 26–27. Day and evening shifts available.

What You’ll Do:

  • Welcome and assist guests with directions and information.
  • Support event operations such as parking, ticket scanning, and guest flow.
  • Staff concessions, retail, or treat stands such as slushies, donuts, cider, and more.
  • Help create a fun, safe, and memorable guest experience.
  • Jump in where needed to keep the event running smoothly.

What You’ll Bring: 

  • Friendly, energetic team players who enjoy working with the public.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather.
  • Dependable, positive attitude and ready to pitch in wherever needed.
  • Must be at least 15 years old. Some roles may require team members to be 18+ or complete TIPS training.
