Established in Tampa, Florida, and now expanding in Dallas, Texas, Brakin Out Inc. specializes in mentorship programs addressing lack of self-esteem, LGBT+ coming out, relationships, peer-to-peer support, family or self-hurt issues, and bullying.
Brakin Out Inc. is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our Board of Directors. As a Board Member, you will be at the forefront of guiding the strategic direction of our organization, ensuring effective governance, and championing our mission to provide second chances and mentorship to at-risk youth. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and impactful nonprofit, making a lasting difference in the lives of disadvantaged young people.
Job Description
As a volunteer mentor, you will provide guidance, support, and encouragement to at-risk youth, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their full potential. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young individuals in our community.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentorship: Provide one-on-one or group mentoring to at-risk youth, focusing on personal development, education, and life skills.
