Summary:

BEST Crowd Management is looking for friendly, reliable, and service-oriented individuals to join our Guest Experience & Customer Service team. In this role, you’ll be the face of the experience—providing assistance, answering questions, and helping create a welcoming, positive environment for every guest. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, solving problems, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with a positive, professional attitude and provide a welcoming experience.
  • Assist guests with questions, directions, and general information.
  • Provide support for guest needs, concerns, and service requests.
  • Help maintain clean, organized, and welcoming public areas.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with guests, team members, and supervisors.
  • Follow established procedures, policies, and service standards.
  • Assist with line management and guest flow as needed.
  • Observe surroundings and report any concerns or issues to supervisors promptly.
  • Represent BEST Crowd Management with professionalism, courtesy, and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
