Job Description
Our Seattle office is seeking a highly creative and energetic Project Manager, passionate about design, to lead teams through projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of eight years' experience with a diverse background with experience focused heavy in healthcare with a mix of project types - multi-family, healthcare, and mid/high-rise. An aptitude for dynamic design, a commitment to sustainable architecture, and a desire to cultivate client relationships is vital to succeeding in this position. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of code requirements in the Portland area and a proven ability to manage multiple project types and sizes simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
Manage projects and project teams in a fast-paced environment that rewards self-starters
Provide design guidance for all phases of a project including tenant renovation
Develop and manage work plans and staff
Estimate fees and write project proposals
Lead daily interaction with clients, architectural teams and design teams
Manage the execution of design and contract documents including understanding detailing and specifications
Provide Quality Control for contract documents
Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters, Degree in Architecture
Licensed Architect in the State of WA preferred
Experience in Senior Housing, High Rise, and Healthcare
Ability to design in Revit
History of developing and maintaining client relationships
Capability in Microsoft Word and Excel required
Collaborative, team oriented, and also tech savvy
