Job description

Lead the team. Own the work. Make big experiences happen.

At Jack Morton, we create brand experiences that people remember-and we're looking for aย Project Management Manager - Experiential & Events to helpย lead the teamย behind them.

Based inย Addison, you'll lead aย talented Project Managementย team while stayingย hands-on withย some of ourย most complex andย fast-moving experientialย and eventย programs.

This is aย role for someoneย who enjoysย both sides ofย project leadership: developing great peopleย andย getting into theย details when theย work demands it.

You'll partner withย Sales, Operations, Production, Creative, and globalย teams to turnย ambitiousย ideas into experiencesย that are deliveredย on time, onย budget, and toย the highest standard.

If you're energizedย by complicated projects, tight timelines, talentedย teams, and theย occasional "we needย to figure thisย out" moment, you'llย fit right in.

What You'll OwnLead projects thatย are anything butย ordinary

You'll be bothย aย people leader andย hands-on projectย leader, taking ownership ofย key programs fromย kickoff through executionย and closeout.

  • Lead the deliveryย of complex experientialย marketing, event, exhibit, and production projects
  • Guide Projectย Managers through planning, execution, problem-solving, and closeout
  • Partner with Salesย and Operations toย make sure scopes, work orders, timelines, and projectย details are alignedย from the start
  • Review critical projectย elements includingย budgets, packing lists, show service orders, and technical drawings
  • Anticipate issues beforeย they become show-day problems
  • Keep teams focusedย on priorities, deadlines, quality, and clientย expectations
Make the wayย we work better

Great project managersย don't just deliverย projects-they figureย out how toย deliver theย next one better.

You'll help strengthenย the systems andย processes behind ourย work by:

  • Identifying opportunitiesย to improve projectย management tools, processes, and workflows
  • Championingย consistent project managementย practices and globalย standards
  • Collaborating with globalย counterparts to shareย ideas and elevateย best practices
  • Participating in productionย and cross-functionalย meetings to keepย teams aligned
  • Supporting estimating andย helping maintain theย financial health ofย projects
  • Finding smarter waysย to improve efficiencyย without compromising theย client experience
What You'll Bring

You don't needย to have followedย one specificย career path. We'reย looking for someoneย who understandsย how complex experientialย projects actually getย doneย and knows howย to bring peopleย together to makeย them happen.

You have:

  • 5-10 yearsย of project managementย experienceย in experiential marketing, events, exhibits, production, or a relatedย environment
  • Proven experienceย leading and developingย project managers orย project teams
  • Experience managing multipleย complex projects withย competing priorities andย deadlines
  • A strong understandingย ofย event production, logistics, and execution
  • Exceptional organizationย and attention toย detail
  • The confidence toย workย across Sales, Creative, Operations, Production, and other teams
  • Experience withย budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and financialย reconciliation
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach-youย see problems comingย and start workingย on the solution
  • The ability toย stay calm, focused, and decisive whenย things change
  • A bachelor's degreeย or equivalent combinationย of education andย experience
Why This Role

This is anย opportunity to haveย real influence.

You'll have aย hand in theย work, a voiceย in howย the team operates, and the opportunityย to develop theย next generation ofย project leaders.

You'll work onย projects where theย timelinesย are real, theย stakes are high, and the finishedย product is somethingย people actually experience.

You won't justย manage projects. You'llย help shape howย Jack Morton deliversย them.

Ready to leadย what's next?

If you're anย experienced experientialย or event projectย leader who lovesย big challenges, greatย teams, and turningย ambitious ideas intoย reality, we'd love toย meet you.

Last but not least, we believe in diversity, equity and inclusion.

Jack Morton is an equal opportunity employer; we strongly value diversity at our companies. We do not discriminate on race, religion, color, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, marital status, veteran status, or any other basis prohibited by law.ย
