Job description

Role:  Program Manager

Location: Remote, Canada

About the role:

As a mid-level Program Manager, you'll independently manage the full execution lifecycle of integrated marketing campaigns for a major technology brand. You own the workback plan, run the briefing process, manage stakeholder communications, and track delivery across every service line - social, paid, events, D&I, and beyond. You're not the specialist in each discipline, but you understand each well enough to brief effectively, anticipate blockers, and keep quality and pace on track. Campaigns move because you make them move

What you will be doing:

  • Act as the single point of contact for campaign execution - the central coordinator between client stakeholders, internal teams, and specialist service owners
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns, managing all workstreams from brief intake through to final delivery
  • Own the campaign workback plan - building, maintaining, and communicating timelines that are realistic, clearly sequenced, and consistently up to date
  • Manage the integrated briefing and service request process, ensuring every specialist team receives clear, accurate, and timely briefs
  • Run stakeholder communications and status updates - keeping clients and internal leads informed, flagging risks early, and resolving blockers before they affect delivery
  • Coordinate multiple specialist teams simultaneously - social, paid media, events, D&I, and others - ensuring handoffs are clean and no workstream falls behind
  • Track execution progress across all campaign activity, maintaining a clear and accurate picture of delivery status at all times
  • Identify delivery risks and dependencies across workstreams and act proactively to resolve them
  • Support tracking and reporting on campaign production spend; assist with purchase orders and budget administration alongside the production team
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of campaign execution processes, templates, and ways of working within the studio
  • Apply Gen AI tools to streamline briefing, project documentation, status reporting, and workflow management

What you need to be great in this role:

  • Solid experience managing integrated marketing campaign execution across multiple disciplines or service lines - social, paid, events, or similar
  • Ability to build and own a workback plan: structured, sequenced, and communicated clearly to everyone who needs it
  • Experience running briefing processes and service requests - able to translate a strategic brief into clear, actionable direction for specialist teams
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills: confident managing client-facing updates, status reports, and risk escalations in a remote environment
  • Proven ability to build trust and maintain momentum across specialist teams, client stakeholders, and senior leads in a remote environment
  • Able to manage competing priorities and delivery risks across concurrent workstreams without losing clarity or pace
  • Understanding of how different marketing disciplines work - social, paid media, events, D&I - and what good execution looks like across each
  • Comfortable working fully remotely and managing delivery across distributed teams
  • Experience supporting project-level budget tracking and financial administration

Gen AI & Agentic Thinking

  • Proficiency with Gen AI tools to support briefing, documentation, and project management workflows
  • Experience building personal AI workflows to improve efficiency and output quality
  • Agentic approach to campaign execution: able to break complex, multi-workstream projects into structured, manageable plans
  • Ability to critically evaluate AI outputs and apply human judgement before sharing with clients or teams
  • Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package.
