Job description

EVENT MARKETING MANAGER

Part-Time to Full-Time Leadership Opportunity

Lehigh Gap Exteriors | Northeastern Pennsylvania
Start Part-Time → Grow Into Full-Time Management

Hourly Pay + Performance Bonuses

BUILD SOMETHING WITH US

Lehigh Gap Exteriors is looking for an energetic, competitive and highly organized Event Marketing Manager to build and grow our event marketing program.

This position is different.

You'll start part-time, learn our business, take ownership of our events and prove what you can produce.

As the program grows—and you demonstrate results—the position is designed to grow with you through three stages into a full-time Event Marketing Manager role leading your own team.

We're not looking for someone to simply staff a booth.

We're looking for someone who wants to build a department.

Your mission:

Create Conversations → Generate Leads → Book Appointments → Build a Team → Produce Results

STAGE 1 — EVENT MARKETING LEAD

Learn It. Execute It. Prove It.

Part-Time | Approximately 15–20 Hours Per Week

During Stage 1, you'll learn Lehigh Gap Exteriors, our services, our customers and our event strategy while taking hands-on responsibility for events.

You'll:

  • Attend home shows, fairs, festivals and community events
  • Proactively engage homeowners
  • Generate qualified leads
  • Help book appointments
  • Assist with event setup and breakdown
  • Learn Builder Prime and our lead-tracking process
  • Maintain event materials and inventory
  • Learn our event scripts and homeowner engagement process
  • Help coordinate event representatives
  • Track leads and appointments from each event

HOW YOU ADVANCE

Moving to Stage 2 isn't simply based on time.

It's based on performance.

We're looking for consistent:

  • Attendance and reliability
  • Professionalism
  • Qualified lead generation
  • Appointment production
  • Accurate lead tracking
  • Event execution
  • Initiative and ownership

Perform, and we'll give you more responsibility.

STAGE 2 — EVENT MARKETING COORDINATOR

Own It. Improve It. Grow It.

Part-Time | Approximately 20–30 Hours Per Week

Once you've demonstrated that you can execute and produce results, you'll begin taking ownership of the event program.

You'll:

  • Research new event opportunities
  • Help build our 12-month event calendar
  • Coordinate registrations and event logistics
  • Manage event setup and breakdown
  • Schedule event representatives
  • Set lead and appointment goals
  • Coach representatives on homeowner engagement
  • Ensure leads are properly entered into Builder Prime
  • Track event performance
  • Report results to the Marketing Director
  • Help identify which events should be repeated, expanded or eliminated
  • Begin developing and training the event team

At this stage, we're looking for more than your individual performance.

We're evaluating your ability to make the entire event program perform.

HOW YOU ADVANCE

Progression to Stage 3 is based on demonstrated ability to:

Lead people + Own events + Generate appointments + Manage the numbers

You should be able to run an event without the Marketing Director having to manage every detail.

STAGE 3 — EVENT MARKETING MANAGER

Lead It. Scale It. Own the Results.

Full-Time | Management Position | Base Compensation + Performance Incentives

At Stage 3, you've earned ownership of the event marketing channel.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing the complete 12-month event calendar
  • Building Lehigh Gap Exteriors' presence at home shows and community events throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania
  • Managing the event marketing budget
  • Recruiting, training and managing Event Marketing Representatives
  • Establishing individual and team performance goals
  • Managing event logistics from registration through breakdown
  • Maintaining event equipment and inventory
  • Developing homeowner engagement strategies
  • Driving qualified lead and appointment production
  • Ensuring accurate Builder Prime reporting
  • Tracking cost per lead and cost per appointment
  • Measuring event-generated sales and revenue
  • Evaluating event ROI
  • Reporting performance directly to the Marketing Director
  • Continuously improving and scaling the program

HOW WE MEASURE SUCCESS

This isn't about how many events we attend.

It's about what those events produce.

You'll learn to manage the entire funnel:

Events → Conversations → Qualified Leads → Appointments → Issued Appointments → Sales → Revenue

Performance measurements will include:

  • Qualified leads
  • Appointments booked
  • Lead-to-appointment conversion
  • Issued appointments
  • Cost per lead
  • Cost per appointment
  • Event-generated sales
  • Revenue
  • Event ROI
  • Individual representative performance
  • Overall team performance

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You may be a great fit if you:

  • Are naturally outgoing
  • Aren't afraid to start conversations
  • Love goals and competition
  • Are highly organized
  • Take ownership
  • Are dependable
  • Enjoy leading people
  • Can coach and motivate others
  • Are comfortable being held accountable to numbers
  • Can manage multiple deadlines
  • Are willing to work evenings and weekends
  • Can travel throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania
  • Are willing to help physically set up and break down events
  • Want an opportunity to grow into management

Previous event, sales, home improvement or leadership experience is helpful—but we're more interested in finding someone with the drive, personality and leadership potential to build this program.

SCHEDULE

The position begins at approximately 15–20 hours per week.

Hours will increase as responsibilities and event volume increase.

Because events frequently occur outside normal business hours, availability for weekends and some evenings is required.

Regular travel throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania is required.

As the position advances to Stage 3, it becomes a full-time management role.

COMPENSATION & GROWTH

Stage 1

Part-Time hourly compensation + individual performance incentives

Stage 2

Increased hours/responsibility + increased compensation + individual/team performance incentives

Stage 3

Full-Time Event Marketing Manager compensation + performance bonus opportunity

Performance incentives may be tied to:

  • Qualified appointments
  • Issued appointments
  • Team goals
  • Event performance
  • Cost per appointment
  • Overall event ROI

The more responsibility you successfully take on—and the stronger the program performs—the greater your opportunity to advance and earn.

YOUR OPPORTUNITY

We're not hiring someone just to work our next home show.

We're looking for someone who could eventually say:

"I built Lehigh Gap Exteriors' event marketing department."

If you want a part-time job where you simply clock in and clock out, this probably isn't the right opportunity.

But if you want to start part-time, prove yourself, build a team and grow into a full-time leadership position with performance-based earning potential, we want to meet you.

Lehigh Gap Exteriors — A Tradition of Excellence

WHY LEHIGH GAP EXTERIORS?

We're a growing local exterior remodeling company with an established reputation throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania.

We're looking for someone who wants more than a job.

We want someone who sees an opportunity to build a department, develop a team and own a marketing channel.

If you're organized, competitive, energetic and believe a great event should produce more than foot traffic, we want to meet you.
