As a Production Operations Specialist, you'll play a key role in leading event operations, coordinating logistics, and ensuring every deployment is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.


Job Summary

The Production Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, execution, and operational success of live events across multiple Greenawalt Hospitality divisions. This position combines hands-on event production with operational leadership, requiring individuals who can solve problems, coordinate resources, and help lead teams in fast-paced event environments.

Production Operations Specialists serve as trusted operational leaders, helping ensure equipment, personnel, logistics, and event timelines come together to create exceptional guest experiences.


Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Operations & Execution
  • Coordinate the setup, operation, and teardown of live events and hospitality environments
  • Assist with planning event logistics, deployment schedules, and operational timelines
  • Support event managers and leadership in executing successful events
  • Ensure operational readiness before, during, and after each event
Production & Logistics Coordination
  • Coordinate loading, transportation, deployment, and recovery of event equipment
  • Assist with fleet, trailer, and equipment readiness for upcoming events
  • Maintain accountability for company assets, inventory, and operational supplies
  • Identify and resolve logistical challenges before they impact event execution
Leadership & Team Development
  • Provide guidance and support to production crews and hourly event staff

Preferred Qualifications

Compensation

Travel Requirement
