Job description

Office and Events Assistant's help support our events team and our customers. We provide first class event solutions to a variety of customers. Our team is growing and we are looking for people who want to grow with it.

Job Duties:

  • Running Errands (VEHICLE REQUIRED).
  • Packing, Shipping, and Tracking Packages.
  • Customer Service.
  • Event Support
  • Projects as needed.
  • Phones, Checking and routing voice mail.
  • Coffee making/general cleaning/take out garbage.
  • Daily Customer Confirmation calls.
  • Sales/Sales support.
  • Cleaning Tasks.
  • Accounting/Bookkeeping Support.
  • Scheduled mailings/envelope stuffing.
  • Marketing Support.
  • Filing and sorting.
  • Heavy lifting, working indoors and outdoors in all elements.
  • Working as needed at events and performing out of office support.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Regular over time is required/mandatory.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Positive and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior Multi line Phone Experience with Cheerful Phone Demeanor.
  • Professional Email Skills and experience utilizing email in a professional setting. (Microsoft Outlook).
  • Familiarity with Word/Excel.
  • Ability to think on your feet.
  • Car Required.
  • Excellent Attendance History.
  • Ability to thrive under stressful/special circumstances.
  • Willingness to pitch in on any level in order to help the company.
  • Be Flexible to last minute schedule changes and company/customer needs.
  • Available for company travel.

Office hours are Monday-Friday, early morning, evening, and weekend work supporting events is also required regularly.

Background check and drug testing will be required for employment. We are considering applicants of all levels who are willing to pitch in in any manner necessary in order to get the job done- this means getting dirty/working hard and being ready for anything.
