Job Title: Student Worker - WHFH Event Planner Intern - Habitat for Humanity

Work Schedule: 20 hrs. per week Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Desired Length of Employment: Fall/Spring
Pay Rate: $12.00/hr

Job Description:
We are seeking an organized, creative and detail oriented Event Planner Intern to assist with the planning and execution of events and fundraisers. Will need to assist in all aspects of event coordination including decor & color selection, buffet food service logistics, auction management, guest communications and promotional campaigns. Will need to assist the Director of Development plan and coordinate events, manage auction items for specific events, strategically market events and event day operations. This position requires strong organizations and project management skills as well as excellent communication skills. Will need to have the ability to multitask and work under pressure. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva and Constant Contact. Bi-lingual is preferred but not required. This is an off-campus position and reliable transportation is important. MUST BE ELIGIBLE FOR FEDERAL WORK-STUDY.
