Job Summary
Key Deliverables and Responsibilities
The Event Planner is responsible for organizing the creative development, execution, and implementation of the firm's conferences and events as identified by the leadership team. This role ensures that all events reflect the firm's quality standards and tone, including assisting with planning for Ignite, the firm's flagship national conference.
What You'll Do:
  • Organize and manage all aspects of conferences and events, ensuring alignment with leadership objectives and brand standards.
  • Lead event logistics including budgeting, venue booking, food and beverage arrangements, audiovisual equipment, décor, and conference materials.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for attendees and staff.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all event-related communications.
  • Consult and negotiate with vendors on event-related matters to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For
  • Proven experience in event planning and execution, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Salary Range: $70-75,000/year
The salary range provided is a good faith estimate based on the ideal candidate's qualifications, the company's operational needs, and other factors permitted by law. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, skills, education, performance, internal equity, and geographic location.
