Job Summary

The Event Operations Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing internal and corporate events. The role works closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure successful event delivery while managing event logistics, maintaining event materials, overseeing inventory, and improving event processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate and internal events from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event execution.
  • Develop and implement improvements to event planning processes.
  • Ensure the accuracy of all event-related digital and printed materials.
  • Maintain event schedules, logistics, and operational timelines.
  • Monitor and manage event supplies and inventory.
  • Order, track, and verify receipt of event materials and supplies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and event-related information.
  • Evaluate existing processes and implement improvements for greater efficiency.
  • Support additional event operations and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate's degree or coursework in Hospitality, Event Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in event support, hospitality, administrative, clerical, or retail roles preferred.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience planning and executing projects or events.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to travel locally to event locations.
  • Reliable personal transportation.
