Client Details This opportunity is with a large organization in the Financial Services industry, known for its structured processes and commitment to delivering exceptional results. The company values efficiency, precision, and professionalism in all its operations. Description Plan, manage, and execute mid- to high-complexity marketing and experiential events from concept through post-event follow-up. Coordinate all event workstreams, including content development, creative activations, registration, communications, venue logistics, and budget management. Partner with business stakeholders to create strategic event plans aligned with commercial objectives and audience insights. Oversee end-to-end event execution, ensuring adherence to brand standards, business goals, and budget requirements. Evaluate event performance and lead post-event debriefs to measure brand impact and overall success. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Creative, Content, Multimedia, Digital Events, and Facilities to deliver seamless event experiences.
