About the Role Title: Project Manager- Transportation & Event Logistics Reports to: Vice President, Enterprise Sales Location: Remote, US CharterUP is seeking a Project Manager - Transportation & Event Logistics to join our enterprise team. This role will focus on providing high-level consulting to clients, working alongside sales reps to design and optimize transportation and event logistics solutions. You'll have the opportunity to dive deep into complex logistics challenges, offering expertise in route optimization, shuttle services, and event planning.

What You'll Do Collaborate closely with sales reps and prospective clients, to design tailored transportation and event logistics solutions for enterprise clients. Provide expert consulting on route planning, transportation optimization, and leveraging technology to streamline operations for high-profile events. Lead pre-sales efforts, including managing RFPs, internal meetings, and coordinating work streams between product, marketing, and technology teams.

Manage the customer journey from pre-sales to post-sales, ensuring smooth transitions and successful outcomes. Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and ensure timely execution of deliverables. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering solutions that meet their complex and evolving transportation needs.

What You'll Bring Extensive experience in ground transportation, event logistics, or a similar field. Proven track record in pre-sales consulting and working directly with clients to optimize logistics and operations. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across departments to deliver customer-centric solutions. Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex logistics challenges for clients and internal teams alike. Preferred Qualifications: Background in event planning, logistics, or sales engineering.

Familiarity with RFP processes and managing high-value, complex sales cycles. Experience with transportation management software or related tools.
