Event Manager – Meetings & Incentives
$90-95k plus bonus

Our client, a $200M food & beverage hospitality company is seeking an Event Manager that can lead small to mid‐size events from concept to execution—owning client relationships, logistics, budgets, and the full attendee experience.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary client partner and trusted advisor
- Manage all event logistics: sourcing, vendors, F&B, AV, transportation, and on‐site delivery
- Oversee registration, communications, room blocks, and attendee support
- Build and manage budgets, negotiate savings, and finalize billing
- Collaborate across creative, tech, travel, and operations teams
What You Bring
- 4+ years of client‐facing event or meeting management
- Strong communication, organization, and problem‐solving skills
- Experience with Microsoft tools; Cvent a plus
- A service‐minded, detail‐driven, adaptable approach
