Our client, a $200M food & beverage hospitality company is seeking an Event Manager that can lead small to midโ€size events from concept to executionโ€”owning client relationships, logistics, budgets, and the full attendee experience.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Serve as the primary client partner and trusted advisor
  • Manage all event logistics: sourcing, vendors, F&B, AV, transportation, and onโ€site delivery
  • Oversee registration, communications, room blocks, and attendee support
  • Build and manage budgets, negotiate savings, and finalize billing
  • Collaborate across creative, tech, travel, and operations teams
