We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Events and Sales Assistant to join our vibrant team. This role is crucial in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events aimed at promoting our products and services, while also contributing to our sales growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, enabling them to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating events from conception through to completion.
  • Support the sales team in generating leads and maintaining client relationships.
  • Manage event logistics including venue arrangements, catering, and equipment setup.
  • Prepare and distribute promotional materials and sales presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and event budgets.
