    • Provide Business Line input to 3PL, freight forwarder, and last-mile provider selection on lanes critical to Autonomous Airpower production and sustainment, driving service-level performance, cost optimization, and capacity planning to support high-volume throughput
  • Logistics Strategy & Network Design
    • Design and optimize inbound, intra-company, and outbound distribution flows, routing strategies, and transportation service offerings in coordination with the Site Logistics function
    • Partner with internal trade compliance teams and external brokers to ensure import/export compliance for internationally sourced components and finished goods
    • Intermodal & Intrasite Transportation, own intermodal solutions for movement from production line to customer site and manage intrasite transportation across the Arsenal-1 complex between production, integration, storage, and flight-line areas
  • Procurement & Commercial Ownership
    • Lead site logistics sourcing and procurement efforts in collaboration with the enterprise logistics strategy and team
    • Run RFPs, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor performance
    • Own site logistics spend and deliver against cost targets
  • Performance & Continuous Improvement
    • Establish and track KPIs (cost, service, transit time, reliability, dock-to-stock, on-time shipment) and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the logistics network
    • Implement tools and reporting (TMS, visibility platforms) to increase visibility, control, and standard work
  • Inventory Control Point & Sustainment Operations
    • Coordinate with the inventory management organization to establish and maintain processes and systems to enable 24/7 coverage model for urgent parts-issue capability through staffing, on-call rotation, and escalation procedures
    • Establish robust, urgent shipping lanes and modes to resolve AOG/MICAP events
    • Own the reverse logistics process for components, sub-assemblies, and aircraft returning from customer sites back to Arsenal-1, including induction, triage, routing to the appropriate repair node, and reissue into serviceable inventory

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
