Job description

Corporate Dimensions is seeking a motivated Meetings and Events Coordinator to support the planning and execution of corporate meetings, events, and tradeshows. This is a great opportunity for a recent college graduate or early-career professional with a passion for events, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, a willingness to learn and travel globally. Responsibilities include assisting with venue research, registration, rooming lists, vendor coordination, event logistics, shipments, and onsite support. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, comfortable with Excel, and excited to grow within a fast-paced event agency environment.
