Position Summary

SRC is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to support continued growth throughout Texas and Oklahoma. This remote Territory Sales Manager position will focus on developing new business opportunities, growing existing accounts, and increasing market penetration throughout Texas and Oklahoma.

The ideal candidate will have experience selling diesel engines, remanufactured components, heavy-duty truck parts, agricultural equipment products, industrial equipment, construction equipment, or related aftermarket solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop sales opportunities throughout Texas and Oklahoma

•Grow existing customer relationships and acquire new accounts.
• Conduct customer visits throughout Texas and Oklahoma.
• Promote SRC remanufactured engines, engine components, and aftermarket products.
• Prepare customer quotations and proposals.
• Deliver product presentations and business reviews.
• Monitor competitive activity and market trends.
• Coordinate customer support efforts with internal departments.
• Participate in trade shows and customer events.
• Achieve sales and profitability targets throughout Texas and Oklahoma.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in outside sales, territory management, or business development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management abilities.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Travel Requirement: Up to 75% travel throughout Texas and Oklahoma.
