Job description


The Event Account Lead is responsible for providing frontline leadership and operational support for janitorial staff during stadium events, concerts, and special functions. This entry-level leadership position oversees cleaning operations before, during, and after events while ensuring the venue remains clean, safe, and guest-ready.
Pay: $21.00-$23.00 an hour

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support janitorial team members during assigned events and shifts.
  • Assist with staffing assignments, work distribution, and operational coverage.
  • Conduct pre-event, during-event, and post-event inspections of assigned areas.
  • Ensure cleanliness standards are maintained throughout:
    • Seating areas
    • Concourse areas
    • Restrooms
    • Suites and premium spaces
    • Offices and common areas
    • Exterior grounds and entry points
  • Monitor productivity and provide direction to team members as needed.
  • Promote a safe work environment and ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
  • Train and coach employees on proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and service expectations.
  • Respond professionally to manager, client, and guest requests.
  • Assist with supply and equipment inventory management.
  • Complete reports, inspections, and other required documentation.
  • Support management with special projects and event-related operational needs.
  • Perform cleaning duties alongside team members when necessary.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Minimum one year of janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, facilities, or related experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced event environment.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
Preferred
  • Previous lead, crew leader, trainer, or supervisory experience.
