Job Description

Weekend/Evening - Part-Time Saturday 2:00pm-9:00pm and Sunday 10:00-7:00pm/ Flexible to work Weekday evenings if needed 4:00pm-9:00pm.

The ideal candidate will have a positive and professional attitude, be responsible, dependable with excellent customer service skills. Verbal and written communication ability. Comfortable multitasking, working cooperatively as a team as well as working on individual projects. Able to perform general office duties and possess strong computer and technology skills.
In this role, you must be highly motivated, organized and friendly. You are able to take directions and run with it. We are currently seeking a (evening) and weekend Receptionist to answer incoming telephone calls. This position requires that you possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. You will handle inbound calls and outbound calls while keeping exceptional customer service as your constant goal.
The ideal candidate for this position has working knowledge of the industry, strong administrative and organizational skills, and exceptional interpersonal skills. Fluent English-speaking and written communication skills, good time management skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meet and greet customers in an efficient, professional, friendly and courteous manner.
  • Operate a heavy switchboard telephone system to receive incoming and outgoing calls, determine the nature of the call and direct the caller to the appropriate person or department
  • Answer basic questions and general inquiries and take thorough messages
  • Learn computer software and adapt to new technology
  • Assist with filing duties and other administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain a positive and ethical working relationship with all employees, manufacturers, lenders, vendors and customers
  • Maintain superior customer service (CSI) through dealership culture
  • Set an example of professionalism through actions and appearance

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
  • Consistent and stable work history
