Ranch Manager – Duval County Ranch (Freer, TX)


About the Role:

Killam Ranch Properties is seeking an experienced and hands-on Ranch Manager to lead the full scope of operations at our Duval County Ranch. This role oversees cattle operations, recreational hunting, and hospitality services, while driving business performance, operational excellence, and exceptional guest experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operations and asset management
  • Manage financial and business performance
  • Lead ranch personnel
  • Oversee cattle operations
  • Manage recreational hunting and wildlife management
  • Deliver high end hospitality experience

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science, Agribusiness, Wildlife Management, or related field.


Location and Living Requirement:

This position is based at our Duval County Ranch near Freer, Texas. The selected candidate will be required to live onsite. Ranch operations extend to other properties in Texas and Kansas.
