Job Description

Garden Center Plant Sales Associate

We are currently searching for Garden Center Plant Sales Associates who will assist customers in determining and choosing their products. If you love working with plants alongside a fun, hard-working, and dedicated team, we are looking for you.

Responsibilities

  • Provide superior and professional customer service by creating a friendly, welcoming environment
  • Sales of our products and services
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the Garden Center
  • Aid Garden Center Manager in receiving and stocking inventory
  • Anticipate customer needs and willingly help the customer by making plant selections, planting up their containers, getting a cart, carrying products, etc.
  • Trimming and maintaining Product, Restocking the Store

Position Details:

  • Full Time Seasonal or Part-Time Seasonal (March 1 through October 31)
  • Hours: Flexible in spring, summer, and fall, with heavier hours in April, May, and June. Some weekends and evening hours required

Requirements

  • Knowledge of plants and/or landscaping- Basics, we can teach you more in-depth
