Chief Engineer – Fairfield Inn & Suites Parsippany by Marriott

Fairfield Inn & Suites Parsippany by Marriott is seeking an experienced and motivated Chief Engineer to lead the maintenance and engineering operations of the hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards while providing a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for guests and team members.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all hotel maintenance operations, including preventive maintenance programs
  • Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and life safety systems
  • Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards, safety regulations, and local codes
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations
