Evening Receptionist
Location: Southfield Village | Greencroft Communities
Pay: $13.88-$17.73 per hour
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday | 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM

What You'll Do
As our Evening Receptionist, you'll help ensure our campus runs smoothly while creating a warm and welcoming experience for everyone who visits or calls.
Responsibilities include:
  • Greet and welcome residents, families, guests, and vendors.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist visitors with questions or directions.
  • Perform general clerical and administrative support duties.
  • Prepare mailings and assist with office projects as assigned.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and fellow team members.
  • Protect resident privacy and maintain confidentiality.
  • Support a positive, team-oriented work environment.

What We're Looking For
Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and pay close attention to detail.
  • Professional, dependable, and able to remain calm in a busy environment.

Preferred:
  • College coursework or degree.
  • Experience working with older adults.
  • Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use a computer throughout the shift.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Frequent use of hands for typing, filing, and answering phones.
