  • High Diploma or equivalent perferred
  • Two (2) years or more expert experience with PCs and peripherals hardware and assembly
  • Two (2) years or more experience in desk-side support of all Microsoft Windows environments
  • A+ Certification preferred
  • MCSA and Net+ Certifications preferred

  • Configure computer systems (hardware and software) and other related equipment for external customers
  • Diagnose and repair PC related systems within the warehouse environment using technical skills, hardware and software knowledge and troubleshooting techniques to maintain the expected system performance and production levels
  • Assess and repair PCs and peripherals requiring service to return them to full functionality
  • Configure PCs hardware and software to required specifications. Establish all connection points between PCs and network, troubleshooting applications and related problems
  • Provide system solutions to operating requirements using personal analytical skills and knowledge to facilitate production processes and enhance productivity
  • Train lower level tier technicians to improve their job responsibility regarding system applications using training aids and operating procedures
  • Ensure PCs have licenses for applicable software
  • ISO Compliance
  • Internal/External Audits
  • Maintain Ryder Safety & Security procedures
  • Work as a material handler, as needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned
