Job description

We're expanding our sales team and hiring Enterprise Account Executives to take Nova into large enterprises that run on SAP - Fortune 500, Global 2000, and beyond. We have strong inbound from referrals from existing customers and strong pull from the market, and we need closers who can convert it.
This role involves significant travel across the US and Europe. You'll own a portfolio of named enterprise accounts, partner closely with the founding team on strategic deals, and help refine the playbook for selling AI into the most complex IT environments in the world.
Responsibilities
  • Own a book of enterprise accounts end to end - including Fortune 500 and Global 2000 - from prospecting and qualification through commercial negotiation and close
  • Run multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles spanning CIOs, Heads of SAP, procurement, security, and legal
  • Travel regularly to customers across the US and Europe
  • Forecast accurately, manage your pipeline in HubSpot, and close six-figure-and-above ACV deals
Who You Are
  • 7+ years selling enterprise software with six-figure-and-above ACV
  • Track record of consistently exceeding quota
  • Experience with technical sales
  • AI-native: you use Claude, ChatGPT, and modern tooling daily to research accounts, prep for calls, draft outreach, and move faster than the rep next to you
  • Comfortable in early-stage environments - you're a builder, not a maintainer
  • Comfortable with significant US and European travel
