Verjus, a wine-focused restaurant and bar from the team behind Quince and Cotogna, is seeking a talented and driven Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.

Verjus offers a dynamic, seasonal menu rooted in French and European technique, designed to complement an evolving wine program. This role is ideal for a cook who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and is passionate about refined yet approachable cuisine.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute a designated station with precision, consistency, and efficiency
  • Prepare and cook seasonal dishes to Verjus standards
  • Maintain organization, cleanliness, and proper food handling at all times
  • Support daily prep, service, and station transitions
  • Collaborate with the culinary team on menu development and execution
