Job description

Fine dining restaurant for 140 people.  European Georgian cousin. Established in 2022.

It is a family owned and operated restaurant, busy on weeks. 

Restaurant needs Professional chefs help in increasing online orders and creating lunch menus, managing team. For the start it is going to be part time, according to results -full time job. 

Responsibility:

Overseeing the kitchen staff

Creating lunch, dinner and online menus

Managing inventory and food costs

Ensuring the kitchen is clean and safe. 

Requirements:

Several years of experience working in a kitchen and previously supervising staff

Familiar with European dishes (Franch and Italian)

Culinary degree or certification

Proficient in food safety and sanitation
