We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Luxury Destination Specialist - Europe to join our team. This role involves servicing the clients of our travel agency partners, who cater to luxury clientele. As a Luxury Destination Specialist - Europe, you will be responsible for building strong relationships, creating bespoke travel itineraries, and exceeding sales targets. This individual must have strong organizational, time-management (this role is high volume), and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for our partner travel agencies and their luxury travel clients, providing personalized, attentive, and informative services.
  • Utilize persuasive skills and strong closing techniques to convert leads into bookings.
  • Create bespoke luxury travel itineraries tailored to the client's preferences, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable travel experience.
  • Exhibit strong drive and motivation to handle a high volume of leads and consistently exceed targeted goals.
  • Proactively address client inquiries, resolve complaints, and manage any issues that arise during the booking and travel process, ensuring availability to clients at all times.
  • Continuously build and strengthen relationships with partner agencies through effective communication, regular updates, proactive follow-ups, and engaging support, encouraging repeat bookings.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, travel preferences, and bookings using our internal CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest luxury travel trends, destinations, and industry developments to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Requirements:
  • Must be an experienced Travel Agent, specializing in booking European itineraries, with 3+ years of proven sales success (Europe must be your passion!)
  • Have a basic understanding of Margins vs Markups
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges and ensure client satisfaction. You will be their main point of contact when traveling.
  • Strong relationship-based sales skills, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to provide personalized recommendations based on client preferences.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM systems and travel reservation software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
