Job description

Publisher Sales, UK & Europe

You'll be Ad-Shield's first dedicated sales hire in the UK, responsible for owning and scaling our publisher pipeline across the UK and Europe. This is a market-building role at a company where the category is shifting from "unknown" to "must-have" at speed, with first-mover advantage and massive white space across the region.

This is a career-defining opportunity for someone who wants outsized impact and the chance to shape a proven revenue category in Europe. You'll report directly to the CEO and work alongside the broader Ad-Shield team. You'll have the infrastructure and the autonomy to run with it.

Scale the UK & European Pipeline
  • Identify, prospect, and close UK and European publishers, from mid-market digital publishers to major media groups
  • Deliver a clear, high-value story around dark-traffic recovery and revenue lift
  • Run the full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, technical walkthroughs, commercial negotiation, close
  • Lead high-stakes commercial conversations and negotiate strategic partnerships with premium publishers
  • Own the number, and help redefine what "good" looks like as we scale into Europe
Sell Like a Strategic Partner
  • Dive deep into publisher workflows (Ad Ops, Revenue, Commercial, Product)
  • Identify measurement gaps, adblock loss, and hidden revenue opportunities
  • Build proofs of concept and ROI models that quantify real, immediate lift
  • Translate technical concepts into compelling narratives that resonate at the CRO level
Manage Relationships & Drive Expansion
  • Onboard new publishers through integration, working closely with our solutions engineering team
  • Monitor publisher performance and recovery metrics post-launch
  • Build relationships with regional ad tech partners, resellers, and industry bodies
Be the Face of Ad-Shield in Europe
  • Build relationships with Heads of Ad Ops, CROs, and programmatic leaders across the region
  • Champion the economics of dark traffic, and position Ad-Shield as the category leader
What You Bring Experience
  • 5-10+ years in publisher-facing ad tech sales (SSP/exchange, yield, monetization, analytics, privacy tech, etc.) – ad tech experience is required
  • Strong track record closing publisher partnerships
  • Understanding of publisher economics and revenue levers
Skills
  • Consultative, solution-oriented selling. Our product requires education, not pressure
  • Comfortable with publisher ad-tech infrastructure and able to hold technical conversations with technical teams
  • Able to communicate clearly with both CROs and technical teams
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation instincts
Traits
  • Builder mindset. You thrive in growth, change, and white space
  • Self-driven and energized by ownership
  • Comfortable working with a global team across the US, Europe and Korea
  • Excited to be part of a fast-moving, highly ambitious team
Nice to Have
  • Experience in adblock recovery or adblocking
  • Existing relationships with major publishers
  • Early-stage startup or zero-to-one GTM experience
Why This Role is Special
  • Proven product-market fit. Ad-Shield is already live with top publishers in the UK, USA, and many other markets. ~30x growth in 2025. On track for 10x in 2026. Publishers are switching from legacy solutions to us. You're selling something that demonstrably works.
  • Massive market shift. Publishers are waking up to the scale of dark-traffic loss.
  • Category creation. You're not fighting 20 competitors. You're defining the space in Europe.
  • Real revenue impact. Every deal moves the company forward in a visible way.
  • Fast growth, big upside. Competitive comp, strong commission, and benefits.
  • Small team, huge ownership. The decisions you make shape the trajectory of the company.

We obsess over hiring exceptional people who thrive on ownership, move with urgency, and want to build category-defining technology. If you're self-driven, ambitious, and energized by solving hard technical and operational problems, you'll find your place here.
