Now Hiring: Bilingual Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Representatives

📍 Remote | Las Vegas, NV - Must be Local - Equipment Provided

💼 Contract-to-Hire | Starting August 24th, 2026

💰 $24.52/hr + Uncapped Monthly Commission Incentives

About the Role

We are hiring Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Representatives to support a large, well-established insurance organization. This is an excellent opportunity for licensed insurance professionals who are customer-focused, sales-driven, and eager to grow within a collaborative team environment.

In this role, you will handle inbound sales opportunities, support customers with insurance solutions, and deliver industry-leading service standards.

What You’ll Do
  • Meet and maintain individual sales goals while providing exceptional customer service
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads, including website applications and incoming calls
  • Educate customers on property and casualty insurance products
  • Accurately document customer interactions using internal systems
  • Multitask effectively in a fast-paced, call-driven environment
  • Collaborate closely with teammates to support overall team success
Required Qualifications
  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license (General Lines or Commercial Lines)
  • Some college required (2 years)
  • Prior experience in insurance, sales, or customer service
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfort working with inbound calls and using Microsoft Office tools
  • Dependable, team-oriented, and highly organized

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.52 - $24.52/hr.
