Job description

Financial Management: Maintain the reporting and accounting systems to ensure
accountability for financial operations. Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, accounts
payable/receivable, payroll and compliance with regulatory requirements. Monitor cash flow,
manage banking relationships and prepare financial reports for the Board of Directors, executive
team and other stakeholders.
Risk Management: Identify financial risks, implement controls and ensure ethical financial
practices.

Additional Areas of Responsibility:

Human Resources Oversight: Oversee benefits administration, payroll, employee relations
and HR compliance.
Compliance and Reporting: Coordinate with auditors, prepare annual audits, associated filings
and ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
Strategic Leadership: Serve as a member of the leadership team. Act as a trusted advisor to
the Executive Director and senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on both
financial and HR matters.

Other Information/Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
Experience: Six or more years of financial and operations management experience. Knowledge
of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
Skills: Strong organizational, analytical and time-management skills; ability to communicate
complex financial and HR information clearly; strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
