Position Summary

The Automotive Finance Producer is responsible for assisting customers in obtaining vehicle financing, presenting finance and protection products, ensuring compliance with all dealership and lender requirements, and maximizing profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present financing and leasing options to customers in a professional and transparent manner.
  • Secure approvals through lending partners and financial institutions.
  • Offer and explain F&I products, including:
    • Vehicle Service Contracts
    • GAP Protection
    • Maintenance Plans
    • Tire and Wheel Protection
    • Key Replacement Coverage
    • Appearance and Protection Packages
  • Complete finance contracts and related documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, lender, and dealership regulations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions.
  • Review credit applications and structure financing solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Achieve monthly finance, product penetration, and profitability goals.
  • Deliver a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the finance process.
  • Work closely with sales management to support dealership objectives.

Qualifications

  • Previous automotive finance manager, finance producer, F&I manager, or automotive sales experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of automotive lending and finance products.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and profit goals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Experience with dealership management software and lender platforms preferred.
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Valid sales license.
