In this role, you will support our estimating and inside sales teams, giving you a chance to learn new skills and grow in a stable, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Support Outside Sales Engineers with customer quotes, equipment selection, and pricing.
  • Prepare technical submittals and project documentation.
  • Release and order equipment accurately and on schedule.
  • Coordinate delivery, installation support, start-ups, and warranty matters with customers and manufacturers.
  • Work with manufacturers to resolve application, ordering, and shipping issues.
  • Assist with project follow-up, estimating, and bid-day preparation.
  • Quote and secure orders with assigned accounts.
  • Provide warehouse support when required.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • Equivalent experience
  • Prior HVAC or sales experience is a plus (but not required)
  • Comfortable with Windows, Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs.
