Job description

Trueline is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Demolition to join their team onsite in the Farmingdale, NY area. This is a high-impact role blending project execution with revenue generation, offering strong earning potential for someone who can both deliver projects and help grow the business.
What You'll Do as the Senior Project Manager - Demolition:
  • Lead demolition projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Oversee field operations, subcontractors, and project schedules
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, union requirements, and agency regulations
  • Manage client communication, site meetings, and project coordination
  • Handle monthly billing, change orders, and cost tracking
  • Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation
  • Perform or oversee estimating, takeoffs, and bid preparation
  • Partner with leadership to support project startup and execution
  • Develop and maintain relationships with general contractors and public agencies
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market

Project Manager - Demolition Requirements:
  • 8-15+ years of experience in demolition or related construction sectors
  • Strong background in both project management and estimating
  • Experience working in union labor environments
  • Familiarity with public sector and agency-driven projects
  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects from start to finish

Nice-to-Haves as the Senior Project Manager - Demolition:
