80Twenty is a boutique sales recruitment agency that connects high-growth companies with exceptional candidates. Our client is a leading fintech enabling multinational organizations to move money globally with speed, compliance, and scale. Their platform supports online and mobile payments, cross-border transfers, card issuing programs, and embedded fintech solutions for enterprise clients worldwide.

They are seeking an experienced Vice President, Business Development with a proven track record selling complex B2B fintech solutions to large, multinational enterprises. The Opportunity This role is responsible for originating, structuring, and closing enterprise-level B2B fintech deals, typically starting at $200,000 (ARR). The ideal candidate is a true enterprise seller—comfortable with long sales cycles, executive negotiations, and delivering scalable global payment solutions.

Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, with strong performers achieving and exceeding on-target earnings (OTE) through enterprise deal closures. This is a fully remote, individual contributor role with some travel required.

What You'll Do

Close $1M–$3M+ ARR enterprise fintech deals with multinational B2B clients Own the full enterprise sales lifecycle from strategic prospecting through negotiation and close Build and manage a high-value pipeline aligned with annual quota and OTE expectations Engage C-level and senior stakeholders (CFO, COO, Head of Payments, Compliance, Operations) Partner with Compliance, Risk, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to deliver compliant, scalable enterprise solutions Develop strategic relationships with banks, processors, and global fintech ecosystem partners Represent i-payout at enterprise client meetings, global conferences, and industry events.

What We're Looking For 5+ years of B2B fintech or payments sales experience, focused on enterprise accounts. Experience selling into one or more of the following verticals: Virtual/Gig Economy, eSports, Franchise Media, Payments, Insurance, Affiliate Marketing, Clinical Trials/Market Research, Royalties. Successful annual quota attainment of $1M–$3M+ ARR. Proven ability to manage complex, multinational, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Strong understanding of global payments, compliance, and cross-border financial infrastructure.

Existing executive-level relationships within the fintech and payments ecosystem. Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Highly disciplined, performance-driven, and motivated by uncapped earning potential. Willingness to travel internationally as required.
