  • Provide technical support for gaming equipment, ensuring the equipment is operational and maintained.
  • Aid in the setup and breakdown of gaming stations and related technology for events.
  • Monitor and check-out Esports Lab equipment.
  • Monitor designated Esports Lab at Indiana State University to maintain safety.
  • Follow college policies and regulations to ensure a conducive environment for students, faculty, and staff.
  • Respond quickly to any safety or security concerns and notify Security if needed.
  • Clean monitors, keyboards, mice, and headsets.
  • Conduct routine checks to identify and report maintenance issues or hazards.
