Position Details:

This role is a coordinator level with with focus on Crewing Operations during Live Events in North America, for a fixed-term project/contract basis, starting April 2026 and ending in September 2026. Working mode will be hybrid with flexibility to be remote while also being on site during events. Preference to candidates in Los Angeles, CA.

Role Summary

ESL FACEIT Group is seeking a Crewing Operations Coordinator to collaborate with department Managers and Administrators to ensure readiness and high-quality production of esports programming at ESL FACEIT Group's live events and studio productions

Responsibilities
  • Administrative assistance on a weekly basis with the processing of payroll and invoice reconciliation under direction of the Companies Production Administrator.
  • Preparation and distribution of call sheets and daily schedules on assigned stages at live events.
  • Monitoring and reporting of production deliverables against production schedules.
  • Assistance sourcing and staffing production roles for upcoming productions.
  • Create and maintain production standards and necessary documentation.
  • Facilitate on site team communication and ensure timely dissemination of information.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external production partners to ensure scheduling and on-time delivery of assets and deliverables.
  • Oversee daily production reports, track and close out show impacts and issues with the technical, production, and project teams.
  • Sourcing and managing crew and labor vendors across the production, overseeing that the appropriate breaks and rest periods are being taken wherever practical.
  • Manage the approval process and see timely approvals of timecards and contractor invoices for payout in collaboration with the project manager and company subject matter experts.
  • Manage the production office consisting of freelance production coordinators and assistants to ensure the successful execution of multiple projects.
Role Requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively within complex and stressful situations.
  • Comfortable working on a studio stage and assisting production crew (stage setup, gathering and storing props, camera placement/framing)
  • Flexibility with occasionally working late and on weekends.
  • A personality to be ambitious, enthusiastic, detail-oriented and analytical.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
  • Be a team-player, with an "all hands on deck" mindset.
