As a Parking Attendant, you will:

Pay: $18.00 per hour | Shift: Start times vary between 4:00 pm-6:00 pm

  • Greet and assist guests by directing them to the nearest open parking spots and helping them to exit vehicles and the parking facility when needed
  • Observe security monitors to ensure no criminal activity occurs and report any activity to the proper authorities as needed
  • Maintain a clean environment by sweeping up parking areas and picking up any refuse left in the facility
  • Responsible for actively patrolling sections/floor/lots looking for interaction opportunities, answering calls while still maintaining the ability to build relationships.
  • Clean up debris from parking lot.
  • Use hand signals and lights to direct patrons into open spots.
  • Help guests locate their vehicles.
  • Resolve parking lot disputes that occur between customers.
  • Maintains highly visible patrols to ensure a safe experience.
  • Assures quality support to other departments so that they may serve guests more effectively.
  • Maintains public order and enforces safety rules.
  • Responsible for protecting property and assets.
  • Help patrons exit parking garage safely.

  • Applicant must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work in an environment, which may be noisy and/or have excessive cigarette smoke.
  • Run on level surfaces, as well as up and down stairs.
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently move around all work areas including walking and standing for long periods of time.
  • Required to initiate positive interactions with guests and employees.
  • Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.
