Job description

At Bildt, we build more than complex projects, and we build strong relationships, great teams, and lasting impact.
At Bildt, quality is built into everything we do. As a Quality Specialist, you will support the delivery of high-quality modular and industrialized construction solutions by ensuring quality standards are met throughout manufacturing and project execution. Working closely with production, engineering, and project teams, you will perform inspections, verify compliance with drawings and specifications, document quality activities, track nonconformances and corrective actions, and help maintain the systems and records that support consistent, high-quality results. You will also collaborate with state agencies, third-party inspectors, and internal stakeholders to support modular program requirements and regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate has an associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience, can interpret construction drawings and specifications, and possesses strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Success in this role requires attention to detail, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to build positive relationships across teams. At Bildt, we value honesty, fairness, hard work, performance, and a passion for construction. We're looking for someone who is humble, hungry, smart, reliable, and gritty, and excited to help shape the future of industrialized construction.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $48,000 - $58,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

  • Rich Culture: What started as a carpentry shop has grown into a multi-million-dollar company built on relationships and craftsmanship
  • High Performance: By people, strengthened through AI and technology that enhance collaboration, transparency, and results.

At Bildt, high performance starts with strong relationships. We believe the best projects are delivered by teams that trust each other, communicate openly, and take ownership from the field to the office. You won't just contribute to projects that matter; you'll grow alongside people who are investing in your success.
What You Bring
