The Sr. Supply Chain Project Manager will support driving both short and long-term strategic initiatives for YETI's global supply chain. The role will be focused on supply chain development and improving operational efficiencies.


YETI seeks a self-motivated, energetic leader who thrives when presented a challenge. The ideal candidate has robust knowledge of global logistics and fulfillment, can build consensus across multiple stakeholders, will actively contribute to our supply chain strategy, and will drive results in a rapidly growing enterprise.


Responsibilities:
Manage the execution of approved projects according to established target dates and budgets in in an organized, detailed manner. Projects require cross-functional coordination, communication, and influence.
Provide analytical support for change initiatives
Develop and maintain all project related documentation like project scopes, budget, requirements, project timelines & internal meetings in a manner that will facilitate ease of access and use
Effectively report project progress to stakeholders and leadership via all communication mediums (presentations, digital dashboards, email, verbal, etc...)
Recommend improvements in project deliverables, process improvements
Schedule and facilitate meetings necessary to coordinate and manage projects and other related business requirements.
Analyze stakeholder needs, identify gaps, identify risks and define capabilities for an acceptable solution to the business problem
Build constructive business relationships with all stakeholders, including 3rd party vendors
Demonstrate effective planning and effective stakeholder management as well as an ability to set and manage realistic project timelines


Qualifications and Attributes:
Bachelor's Degree required. Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering or International Business preferred
Greater than 10 years of related experience and/or training, including prior experience leading projects.
Significant experience managing logistics or fulfillment operations and/or enabling supply chain improvement projects/programs
Ability to operate at both a strategic and a tactical level, supporting the development of comprehensive strategies, then leading projects to deliver intended results
Familiarity with operational requirements needed to support multiple business channels
Experience building new supply chains, international experience is a plus
Operations experience within a global supply chain across multiple origin points, modes of transportation, and a multi-nodal distribution networks is preferable
SAP experience is a plus
Familiarity with supply chain related technologies and a propensity to learn and work in new technologies
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency and ownership
Knowledge of Trade Compliance requirements/regulations is a plus
PMP certification / training is a plus
Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
Proven relationship builder with diverse, remote stakeholder groups
Ability to juggle multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, results oriented environment
Desire and ability to be a team player who appreciates a unique, entrepreneurial and collaborative environment
Excels at analyzing, interpreting, and building recommendations from data
Problem solve and present information to management, co-workers, and business clients
Resourceful self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity
