  • Analyse ESG data and sustainability ratings of companies and investments
  • Support ESG reporting activities (e.g., CSRD, EU Taxonomy, SFDR)
  • Conduct research on sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices
  • Assist in integrating ESG criteria into investment and risk management processes
  • Prepare presentations, analyses, and decision-making materials for internal stakeholders
  • Support impact assessments and sustainability evaluations of projects
The Successful Applicant
  • Completed Master’s degree (e.g., Finance, Sustainability, Economics, Environmental Management, or a related field)
  • Initial practical experience in ESG or sustainability-related roles
  • Strong analytical skills and interest in sustainable finance
  • Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data analysis tools is an advantage
  • Structured and independent working style with a strong willingness to learn
  • Very good proficiency in both German and English
